Reliable Pump & Tank Installation
We weld and install durable pump and tank systems built for safe, efficient performance.
H&H Mechanical
Protect your system with expert pump and tank installation before small issues turn costly.
We weld and install durable pump and tank systems built for safe, efficient performance.
We start with a site visit to inspect access, piping layout, power needs, mounting surfaces, and tank placement. Then we give you a clear quote and installation plan, including field welding, code-minded recommendations, and a realistic timeline for your job.
Once approved, we schedule the work, prep materials, and complete the pump and tank installation with precise fit-up, welding, anchoring, and connection work. We protect the site, keep communication open, and build the system for safe operation, serviceability, and long-term durability.
After installation, we pressure check connections, verify alignment, confirm proper operation, and inspect every weld and tie-in. Before we leave, we walk you through the finished system, answer questions, and make sure you feel confident in the setup and next steps.
At H&H Mechanical, we handle pump and tank installation for residential, agricultural, commercial, and light industrial needs. We install new systems, replace worn-out equipment, and help customers choose the right setup for the job. Our goal is simple: give you a safe, reliable system that works the way it should from day one.
We bring real field experience to every project. Pump and tank systems are not one-size-fits-all. The right solution depends on flow rate, pressure needs, site layout, liquid type, tank size, pipe routing, power supply, and long-term use. We take the time to look at the full picture so you do not end up with a system that is undersized, oversized, or hard to maintain.
We provide complete installation support from planning to final startup. Depending on the project, our service may include system layout, removal of old equipment, pump setting, tank placement, pipe fitting, welding and fabrication, support brackets, structural mounting, valve installation, pressure control components, leak checks, and startup testing. We can also help with upgrades to improve performance, efficiency, and dependability.
Because we are a mobile welding and mechanical company, we can do more than just place equipment. We fabricate and modify the parts needed to make the system fit your property or facility correctly. That includes steel bases, equipment stands, anchor points, protective guards, pipe supports, rack modifications, and other custom metalwork. This is a major advantage when standard off-the-shelf parts do not line up with your site conditions.
Many pump and tank jobs require field adjustments once the work begins. Clearances may be tight. Existing piping may be out of square. Concrete pads may not match the new equipment footprint. We are prepared for those issues and can make practical on-site changes to keep the project moving.
We work on many kinds of pump and tank systems. The exact setup will depend on the application, but common projects include water storage tanks, pressure tanks, booster pump systems, transfer pumps, supply tanks, process tanks, and replacement pumps for existing systems. If your setup involves liquid transfer, storage, or pressure control, we can usually help evaluate the best path forward.
Typical installation factors we review include:
We believe customers should know what to expect. We keep the process straightforward and organized.
A poor installation can lead to leaks, vibration, low pressure, short equipment life, hard starts, cavitation, and repeated service calls. In some cases, bad support or poor tank placement can also create safety risks. A properly installed system helps protect your equipment, your property, and your budget.
We focus on the details that make a difference over time. That means solid mounting, clean welds, stable supports, practical access for future maintenance, and a layout that makes sense for everyday use. We do not rush through critical steps just to get in and out. We install systems to last.
Not every job starts from scratch. We also replace damaged pumps, aging tanks, corroded supports, and outdated piping. If your current system has poor performance, frequent breakdowns, visible rust, pressure issues, or signs of leakage, it may be time for a replacement or redesign. We can assess what is worth keeping and what should be updated to avoid bigger problems later.
In many cases, small upgrades can improve reliability. That may include better supports, improved pipe routing, easier shutoff access, stronger mounting points, or replacing weak sections with properly fabricated steel components.

Common questions we hear from homeowners, property managers, and commercial clients about pump and tank installation. If you do not see your question here, contact H&H Mechanical and we will be glad to help.
At H&H Mechanical, we install a wide range of pump and tank systems for residential, commercial, and light industrial needs. That includes water pumps, pressure tanks, holding tanks, transfer pumps, booster pumps, and related piping and fittings. If you already have equipment picked out, we can install it. If not, we can help you choose the right setup based on your flow, pressure, and usage needs.
The right size depends on how the system will be used, the distance the liquid needs to travel, pressure requirements, and how much volume you need the system to handle. We do not guess. We look at the job, review the application, and recommend a pump and tank installation that fits your property and your budget. This helps prevent poor performance, short cycling, and early equipment failure.
In many cases, we can replace only the failed or outdated component. In other situations, a full system upgrade makes more sense, especially if the current setup is undersized, worn out, or not meeting code. We will give you an honest recommendation based on condition, safety, and long-term value. Our goal is to help you avoid repeat problems and unnecessary costs.
Most pump and tank installation jobs can be completed in a day, but the exact timeline depends on the size of the system, site access, piping changes, electrical coordination, and whether old equipment needs to be removed. We will go over the scope before the job starts so you know what to expect. We show up prepared and work efficiently to keep downtime to a minimum.

We bring real hands-on experience, straightforward communication, and dependable workmanship to every job. We take the time to understand what your system needs, install it correctly, and make sure you know how it works before we leave.
